Thanks Keri, this is a great point, and we'll plan to address it during the panel.
I can tell some stories about our journey of executive buy-in, and the balance of quiet subversiveness with upward management that was necessary to succeed. Oh, and don't forget legal. Because they certainly won't forget you.
I'd like to also know about executive involvement/buy in. Seems like a lot of the enterprise adoption is at the individual (maybe even covert) level. What type of support did EMC and Netflix have as they adopted social software in their enterprise?
